1987 our first trip to Daytona. The next year we penned the Gray Blades name, but for this trip we borrowed Ron Craig's Sweaters .We had only 2 lines and 3D...and Ed Batna volunteered to go in net for us as we did not have a goalie. Craig also sent his pal John Soderburgh from the Yukon to join us, who may have uttered 3 words the whole time he was there. We had 3 other Johns; Sudac, Jarman, Faulkner. We had ex Leaf Ron Hurst to help the cause. I believe we won one of the 3 games , but I do remember the Florida Eldergators with Rosey Paiment pounded us 9 to 2. I do not remember the guy who is beside Doc Wilkinson.This was our first trip of 7 to Daytona 1987 to 1993. We have 3 nice trophies for our effort. Willy Dymon and Frank Soave both have one and I think John Sudac has the other.
