and Jim say he was on a line that was dominant

Gray Blades win their 6th straight 4 to 2 over Envelopes

The boys head into the pub for the strategy meeting

Robbo kept us in the game when we got lazy...and Gord scored a beauty on a rush from our blueline

Mark blew a tire for the second time this year and is probably out for awhile

Johnny A finally broke his slump scoring the clincher on an E=MC2 goal clearing shot from our end that went into the empty net finding its own way there

Mark and Tom scored the other goals

JJ can't resist acting like a Accountant

Gray Blades defeat MML 5 to 4

The Blades got off to a bad start letting Tingey score, of all people , early in the 1st Period

But we had a secret weapon, Dr Pete had a 4 point night scoring once and setting up 3 others

and Jim Stone continued hi scoring spree adding another 2 tonight

And John Annan continued his scoring slump, and as Hurst would say, couldn't hit a cow in the ass with a handful of rice..

The "A" line was minus 3 tonight, while the checking line was Plus 3

I think Stone's workout regime is proving to make the difference;

Oh yes, and I scored a rare goal on a perfect pass from Pete

The Blades had 2 goals from Stone

and one from Mark and a beautiful deke from JJ

Ron completed the cycle by having a beer before the game and after

Dr.Pete wants to up his minutes to the full game

apparently I was not missed while I was away as the Blade won last week 3 to 1 against the Envelopes and it should be noted that Stone cannot score on any of my passes

Mark is trying to Offer a better deal to Stone to join the Envelopes

The Blades won their 2nd of the season with an impressive 6 to 1 win

Jim Stone scored 3 goals shortly after a coaching decision was made to move him from defence to forward and play with Dr. Pete

Robbo had his usual great game and the other Tallies were from Faster Jarman, Faster Pete and Mark.

Gray Blades win Summer Opener 4 to 2

Goals by Stone and Gord and the first and last by Kevin made the difference

Dennis returned and by the way there was nothing that resembled summer out there

Robbo was his usual outstanding self and Peter and Kevin really helped on the call up side as we await the JJ and Colin recovery
