Gray Blades lick the Envelopes 5 to 2

2 in a row now against the Pasty Envelopes.....they were visibly upset tonight......Robbo was in the way of their many chances......stopped a few breakaways and the post came in handy in the last minute.....

They were pretty cocky before the game because they had all their stars out , unlike the last game we played them!!

They showed up at the Pub still a bit upset 

But one of their players still loves Jim anyway

Ron is inviting Mike to the Woodem Sticks Tournament this summer

2 goals by Reg, both beauties and he would have had a third had he not been hacked on a breakaway not called by the refs...2 others by an unwatched Tom, left open far to often by a team that takes him lightly, and the clincher came from Gordo who fired on the empty net, unable to find Reg open in the dying seconds....and of course, Jim Stone set up all five goals to keep his streak alive

The Blades return next Monday to face the 1st place Envelopes who will be well rested as most of the Blades are at the annual Golf Tournament!!

Stone set up all 3 goals as usual...Tom had a roofer for the first and then Faster Marc skated through the whole team for number 2 and Craig found Faster Pete for the clincher on a seeing eye goal....to seal the deal!!!!!!
