17 guys go for the Island green at night and only 3 landed!!

Most of the shots went 5 to 30 feet!!!

We did not run out of beer!!

on number 15 at Wooden Sticks I pulled a drive way left towards 14, lost sight of it and it beaned a guy on the fly and he went down like a sack of potatoes. Would not have happened if the Ranger had not interrupted us. We were 5 minutes off the clock and that would not have happened had the Hot Dog lady been on time!!... I thought he was dead but he did recover

Gray Blades 5 Blues 5

Do we miss Robbo??  Hello!!

Johnny A scores to open up on a brilliant feed from a very old hockey player who looks like me!!

This young lady cannot decide between Murray and Stone,,,stay tuned!!

And Johnny A scored the tying goal in the dying seconds with our Goalie out of the net

She chooses Stone !!! and why not..he had 3 assists tonight

Gordo and Mark had the other goals!!

So we end the season in 2nd place for the first time in many years!!

Gray Blades lose to 2 teams tonight!!

Murray enters the Arena confident that we will prevail!!

We watch the game before us un folds as MML is leading!!

Damn!! they get 2 quick unanswered goals and we are behind already!!

But shortly after Johnny and Quiggs score on change ups and we are tied

This is where the refs come in!!...2 penalties to Peter and Gordo and the Envelopes score quickly and it is all over,,,,,terrible refs...what can you do!!....First summer season before this blog started 5 years ago that the Blades have lost..  on a brighter note...Reg has perfected how to get his balls to glow in the dark!!

The first 2 goals were scored by Johnny A and the second was a beauty on a breakaway to the top shelf, Colin scored the 3rd and Ron had the 4th on a blistering shot from the point, clocked at 3 miles per hour....Jim Stone was unable to attend due to some issue about some kind of sore foot, however, Jim did assist on the first 3 goals!!!
