Gray Blades lose 3 to 2 playing 2 teams

Yes we are disallusioned!!!

Da Blades had a goal called back!!

And they got a Goal that never entered the net as the Ref closest to the play did not see it and deferred to the Ref at the Blue line that took a guess that it was in

So how do you beat 2 teams at our age??

Robbo was outstanding tonight as we broke down in our own end all night

Dennis knows that we really won the Game

Ron Sampson had 2 beauties, both assisted by Colin

The Envelopes wanted Mark back...HUH??

CB still wants to call the Papers about the lousy REFS!!!

We only had 3 D, so we did OK

Dennis says he will be back next summer

Gray Blades Humble Envelopes 4 to 1 on August 22

Do these guys look a bit like the Hansens???

2 goals by JJ and 1 by Dr Pete and Johnny A seals the deal

JJ thinks that he is Winston Churchill now

We got Mark Felley from the Envelopes for future considerations and that is the guy between Kelly and Colin that they are getting

Dennis is right,...Da Blades are #1

August 15th Blades Humble MML Lynx 4 to 2

Robbo stopped a breakaway and made several other key saves to keep us in the game. Mark set up Johnny A on a beauty while Pete and Ronny also scored nice ones and Mark did a one man effort undressing the Def and the Goalie for a Nice tally. Jim Stone did a stellar job on def, replacing Ron Craig who is in California consulting with his swing coach, Bob Brewster. Next game we play Envelopes and are missing Ron Sampson but should have Ron Craig and Dennis back.
